Our process typically begins with an initial email inquiry about your project requirements and specific needs. If necessary, we can schedule a discovery call to delve deeper into your project. I will send you a form that outlines your preferences.. You'll have the flexibility to choose the package that best suits your needs.

Once we've agreed on the project details, we'll provide you with a contract outlining the terms and scope

A 50% deposit is required to kickstart the project. You'll be responsible for providing the documents or materials we're capturing, along with any branding logos or designs you'd like us to incorporate.

Upon project completion, we'll promptly deliver the photos and videos for your review. If necessary, we can accommodate some revisions based on the package you've selected. We maintain close collaboration with you throughout the process to ensure that your vision is brought to life.

 Full payment is expected at the time of delivery.

Payment will need to be made through Quickbooks. A 50% deposit is required to kickstart the project and the remaining amount is due at delivery. 

Turnaround times can vary depending on the scope of the project. We'll provide you with a clear timeline during our initial discussions, and we always strive to meet your deadlines.
